Update: Moisture Sensor

Caught sensing the moisture - 10/22/12

Testing the moisture sensor: it works. When not touching in air: 0 Ohms. When touching in air: 1023 Ohms. When in watered soil: ~480 Ohms.
Now to work on making it prettier, smaller, and maybe modular.
